Jim Miller has worked in and around plastics manufacturing for over twenty years.

During that time his career has spanned such duties as QA/SQC Auditor and Supervisor, Technical Supervisor, Production Foreman, Production Manager and Sales Manager. As President of Paragon Molding his broad experience is a benefit whether it comes to day-to-day operations or strategic planning for the future.

Jim feels strongly that his top responsibilities include the safety and overall welfare of the Paragon Molding Associates, providing our trading partners with innovative, superior products at a competitive price and, the technological growth of Paragon Molding that will provide a strong future for the company.

Vicki L. Miller, General Manager
Vicki Miller is our General Manager and majority owner of Paragon Molding Limited.

She brings to Paragon Molding more than 20 years of accounting and customer service experience; all within a manufacturing environment. Vicki works closely with manufacturing and purchasing to monitor productivity and costs to ensure Paragon Molding is operating in an effective and cost conscience manner.

Vicki's contribution helps Paragon Molding provide our trading partners with top-quality products at economical prices.
