At Paragon Molding Ltd. we are dedicated to continuously updating our machinery and technology, and training our staff in its most effective use.
Just recently we took delivery of a new CNC vertical machining center for the Mold Shop. And, we are evaluating new CAD systems to update those currently in use. Our Associates are receiving training that applies to improving their skills and self image. Additionally,we are in the process of shopping for a new 150 to 200-ton injection press and rebuilding injection presses that will include new controllers. Ongoing Education: Paragon Molding believes in the value of ongoing education for our associates. Process Technician, Tommy Murray, recently attended the Paulson Injection Molding Troubleshooting & Simulation Seminar. Using state-of-the-art software with 3D graphics, the seminar took Tommy on an in-depth tour of machine set-up, operation and problem-solving scenarios. It's just one more way Paragon Molding helps our customers achieve the best products!
